We guarantee the puppy/adult dog to be free from genetic defects such as hip dysplasia, epilepsy and cardiomyopathy (heart failure).  If this should occur, up to the age of two years, a Veterinarian’s certificate must be obtained stating the genetic problem and what testing has been performed.  Then another Veterinarian of our choice must be able to examine the dog.  All Veterinarians’ costs are to be paid by you.  If it is agreed by both the Veterinarians that there is a genetic defect and the dog is under the age of two, you must have it spayed or neutered at your expense.  We will then give you another puppy of the same sex from the next available litter.  As a Breeder, we feel that buying a puppy/adult dog is a very important decision.  It is our policy that once you have purchased a puppy/adult dog the sale is non refundable, under no circumstances do we offer cash refunds.

We are confident that our dogs will provide you and your family with many years of joyful companionship and happy hunting with the proper training and handling.  If the need should arise that you choose not to keep your puppy/adult dog, the dog must be returned to us at your cost.  The original registration papers must accompany the dog and be signed over to us.  We can then find an appropriate and approved home for the dog.

This Agreement is non transferable without the Breeder’s written permission.

The above new owner agrees that they are aware of and understand the conditions that the above puppy/adult dog is sold under.  The puppy/adult dog named in this contract cannot be resold without the Breeder’s written permission and consent.
